The Lantern Festival is a traditional festival in China [31], and its formation has gone through a long process. Regarding its origins, there are mainly: One is the origin of the sacrifice to Taiyi God by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. As early as the Western Han Dynasty more than 2,000 years ago, the sacrificial activities for "Taiyi God" during the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty were scheduled on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month. When Sima Qian created the "Taichu Calendar", he had already identified the Lantern Festival as a major festival. The second is the theory of the origin of Buddhism. Lantern viewing during the Lantern Festival began in the Eastern Han Dynasty during the Ming Dynasty, and its rise is related to the spread of Buddhism to the East [4] [37]. The third is the Taoist "Three Yuan Theory". The 15th day of the first lunar month is the Shangyuan Festival, the 15th day of the seventh lunar month is the Zhongyuan Festival, and the 15th day of October is the Xiayuan Festival. The three officials in charge of the three elements are heaven, earth, and man. The heavenly officials are happy, so lanterns must be lit during the Shangyuan Festival [37]. Starting from the Tang Dynasty, lighting up lanterns during the Lantern Festival has become a legal matter.
