IS200TAMBH1ACB Description:	The board can function as either a VME Bus master or slave. When operating as a VME Bus slave it will do so with an 8K dual-ported SRAM interface.
	All VME Bus accesses will be controlled in a configurable static random access memory (SRAM) based field programmable array (FGPA) device.
	while the SW2 is used as a serial boot switch for the DSPC. When needing to use the reset pushbutton switches a pen/pencil will need to be used to press the switch.
