The 1336-BDB-SP18B, along with the entire 1336-BDB PCB Gate Drive Board series, serves as a spare part for REGEN Adjustable Frequency AC Drives, supporting models with horsepower ratings ranging from 3HP to 800HP.

This board comes with several high-performance features, including speed regulation up to 0.001% of maximum speed and a power loss ride-through capability of 2 seconds. It also supports a flying start, allowing the system to start a spinning motor smoothly. The overload capability reaches 150% for 1 minute and 200% of the motor rating for 10 seconds, up to the inverter’s limit. Additionally, it offers programmable acceleration/deceleration rates from 0 to 6553 seconds, a torque regulation of ±5% of the rated motor torque, and a torque linearity of 1%. The current limit is programmable up to 200% of the rated output current.

To enhance system protection and reliability, the board includes programmable stall detection, power structure heatsink temperature monitoring, and programmable inverter overload protection (IT). It also features overspeed detection, even when operating as a torque follower, and DC bus voltage monitoring to safeguard against under-voltage and over-voltage conditions.
